Dr.Winder places a high priority on communicating with his patients and their parents. After each appointment he meets with both the patient and their parents to discuss the child's dental health, because parents play a pivotal role in maintaining their child's dental health.

Dr Winder's staff position at St Francis Hospital offers patients another avenue for more complicated dental procedures they may require. This enables patients with serious dental problems the option of general anesthesia in a hospital setting.

Not all dental procedures are confined to office hours so Dr Winder also responds to dental emergencies such as broken teeth or other accidents.
